In order to withdraw your local currency into your bank account, you need to add your bank account information first.
Ensure that all your bank information is correct when adding your bank account in
Fasset, to prevent delays or potential loss of funds. If you are unsure of your bank
details, do contact your bank and they will help you.
Requirements for Indonesia users:
- A registered personal bank account.
- Account number.
Steps to add bank information for the Indonesia region
Step 1: Login to your account with the Fasset App. Once you are signed in, go to "Account" then select Payment Methods.
Step 2: Select "Add bank account"
Step 3: Next, select the bank you want to add from the lists
Step 4: Fill in your account details. Please ensure that you fill in your name correctly as the field is case sensitive. Once done, click "continue" to save.
Once it has been approved, you can request a withdrawal and the funds will be transferred to your linked bank account. If you have difficulty verifying your bank account, please reach out to support for help.
