How to fund my Fasset wallet?

To accommodate funding features for Global users, Fasset has enabled fiat deposit to fund your cash wallet. Our Global users can deposit their funds by executing a wire transfer. To fund your wallet, kindly follow these steps:

Step 1: Sign in to your account. On the Home screen select "Deposit".

Step 2: Select your payment method. If you have not added your payment methods, please add them first. You can refer to this article on how to add payment methods.

Step 3: Select currency. Usually, the currency of your account has been set to default. Please select the available currency on your app.

Step 4: Enter the amount you wish to deposit. Then click "submit".

Step 5: A pop-up screen will appear. Read the details in the Confirm Deposit screen and continue by clicking the Confirm button.

Step 6: A Complete Deposit screen will show you the next steps for you to execute the wire transfer. Please copy the Reference Code and ensure to attach it to your transaction receipt.

Step 7: Once you are done. Please remark the transfer as 'Transfer Complete' on the app. Please save the deposit receipt for your reference or you can retrieve the receipt in the "Transaction History".

Step 8: You will be notified once the fund has been deposited into your wallet.

Note:
Typically wire transfers will take 3-4 days for the funds to be credited to your wallet.
If you have not received your funds within 5 days, please reach out to our support.
