Instant bank transfer offers users a quick and convenient way to deposit funds into their Fasset cash wallets directly from their bank accounts. Below are the detailed steps to initiate a deposit, along with settling time and applicable fees:

Below is the procedure for making a deposit using instant bank transfer option:

1. Login to you Fasset account

2. Go to "Deposit"

3. Pick Instant Bank Transfer

4. Pick Bank

5. Follow the steps on the screen. Different banks may have different steps and authentication requirements.

6. There are 2 scenarios, depending on the bank:

    a. Bank with cooldown period (e.g Mashreq Al Islami) you will need to wait 3 hours before able to Deposit

    b.  Bank without cooldown period (e.g Liv or ENBD) you will be able to Deposit right away

7. After link is done, you will be directed to Home screen

8. Go to "Deposit" menu again, submit amount that you want to Top-Up to Fasset Wallet

9. Wait for confirmation, and you will get the status whether the transaction is Successful, Pending, or Failed.
