Our customers can fund their Fasset cash wallet, using Credit or Debit cards. Following are the some frequently asked question during this method of funding Fasset cash wallet:

1. What cards are supported?

We support all Credit or Debit cards issue by Visa or Mastercard, unless otherwise some specific banks or country's restriction of usage of such cards.

The final settlement currency is Euro (EUR). However, if you have a non-AED bank account with any of the above bank, you can still make a deposit and FX charges maybe applied by your bank.

Settlement to Fasset cash wallet is INSTANT. However, this should not be confused with your banks cooling off period or any specific service level followed for instant bank transfers.

4. What are the common reason for transaction failure?

There are 2 different level of issues that can happen:

1. On Internal side (between Fasset and Payment Services Provider), for example: App crashing, Cannot access debit or credit card deposit screen, transaction is failing. or unresponsive button. 
2. On Card issuer side, for example: Exceeding the transfer limit, Pending or stuck transaction, bank maintenance, transaction expired, authorization errors etc.
3. On Bank side, for example: International purchase disabled, exceeding the limits etc.

5. Can users from outside UAE use Debit or Credit Card option?

Yes, currently anyone who have active Debit or Credit card irrespective of issuing bank or country can use this option. However, the final settlement currency will be in AED and corresponding charges or fee may be levied by the bank on such transaction.
