Fasset is allowing all of its UAE users to conduct transactions on its app with zero transaction fees for a limited period. The following section answers frequently asked questions related to this offer and defines the terms and conditions of this promotion:

1) When does the offer start and end?

The offer is for a limited time and will begin on June 4, 2024, at 8:00 AM GST and will end on June 18, 2024 11:59 PM GST.

2) What transactions are eligible for zero fees?

Transactions involving any of the following are qualified for zero fees:

• Depositing money from a bank account, credit card, debit card, etc., into the Fasset wallet on the app.
• Using cash wallet funds on the app or credit/debit card to buy digital assets like USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.

This offer only applies to fees charged by Fasset for transactions as described in the bullet points above. Any fees or charges imposed by banks, card issuers, card processors, wallet providers, etc., will continue to apply. A Fasset spread of 3% on the asset price will be applicable. Fasset reserves the right to revoke this offer without notice.

The following screenshot represents a transaction where the zero fee will be applicable. Only users who see the fee as zero will be entitled to this benefit. Please carefully check the transaction preview screen before making a purchase.

3) Is the offer applicable to all regions?

No, this offer is only applicable to verified and approved users from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) who signed-up after 26th March 2024. Such verification and approval are to be conducted and ascertained by Fasset in its sole discretion.

4) Are there any transactions that will still incur transaction fees despite being during the offer period?

Yes, you will still incur fees on the following kinds of transactions:

• Selling digital assets for funds like USD, AED, etc.
• Swapping digital assets for others, such as swapping your Bitcoin for Ethereum, etc.
• Withdrawing funds from your Fasset wallet bank into your bank account, card, etc.
• Any other transaction not expressly mentioned as one of the kinds of transactions benefitting from zero transaction fees on the Fasset application.

5) Is the offer limited to the first deposit or first purchase only?

No, the offer is not limited to the first deposit or purchase. Throughout the offer period, users can enjoy zero transaction fees on all eligible transactions.

6) How can I avail this offer?

Conduct your transactions as usual on the Fasset app within the offer period, and you will automatically benefit from zero transaction fees on eligible transactions if you are a verified and approved user from the UAE.
