Depositing Funds into Fasset Cash Wallet via Wire Transfer (GCC)

For users preferring traditional wire transfer methods, Fasset supports wire transfers as a reliable option for depositing funds into their cash wallets. While wire transfers may take slightly longer to process compared to instant bank transfers, they remain a dependable choice for users seeking to deposit larger amounts securely.

Steps for Credit or Debit Card Deposit:

1. Log in to Your Fasset Account: Access your Fasset account dashboard and navigate to the deposit section.

2. Select Wire Transfer: Choose the wire transfer option from the available deposit methods.

3. Choose Payment Method and Currency: Choose the payment method (The bank from which you wish to transfer funds to Fasset). Click here to learn more on how to add the payment method to your Fasset account. Specify the amount you wish to deposit into your Fasset cash wallet and click on Submit.

4. Make a Wire Transfer: Upon submitting the wire transfer request through the Fasset application, launch your banking application on your mobile phone or desktop and make the wire transfer to the Fasset account. The Fasset account details and currency information will be displayed on your app screen, as shown below:

5. Review and Approval: Once our finance team receives your deposit into our bank account, they will approve your deposit request. Your cash wallet will then reflect your new cash balance.

Settling Time:

Deposits made via wire transfer settle depending on the sender's bank and the type of payment method selected. If you have selected instant fund transfer and after Fasset receives the amount in the bank, our finance team will approve your deposit request on the same or next working day.

Applicable Fees:

Currently, wire transfers are completely FREE. However, you may incur a forex fee if you are using a non-AED bank account for transfers to your Fasset account.
