How long does the verification process take?

The standard identity verification (KYC) is fully automated. For most users, the process, including the document scan and liveness check, is completed within 10 minutes. You will get a notification once your status is updated.

Manual KYC Review

If all 3 automated verification attempts are unsuccessful, a manual upload option will become available. The document will be reviewed by our team within 1–2 business days.

Proof of Address (PoA) Verification

If you are in a region that requires additional Proof of Address verification (such as the GCC), this step involves a manual review to verify document authenticity. This specific process typically takes 1 to 2 business days to complete.
